The Villanova University Conference Center has been chosen as the venue for the conference. The building is attached to the Inn at Villanova University Hotel, one of the hotels we have arranged a deal with (see below).

• $169.00 + Taxes(*) per night for single or double occupancy. This price is guaranteed for reservations until October 13th.
• Breakfast is not included in this price. However, Free Continental Breakfast for UCAmI members will be served in the conference area.

• Rooms are not guaranteed without a credit card. It is not charged, just used to guarantee the reservation.
• Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. - Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received prior to 24 hours of arrival to avoid penalties. There is a $50 early departure fee that will be charged to any guest who's actual departure date is prior to the departure date specified when the reservation is made. However, this fee is waived if the hotel is notified 24 hours or more in advance of the actual departure date.
• Non-Smoking policy: The Inn at Villanova University is a non-smoking building. Outdoor Designated smoking areas are available.

• $159.00 + Taxes(*) per night for single or double occupancy. This price is guaranteed for reservations until October 10th.
• Breakfast is not included in this price. However, Free Continental Breakfast for UCAmI members will be served in the conference area.

• Non-Smoking Policy: All guest rooms are non-smoking. If a guest should smoke in the room, there is a fee of $250.00 per night to deep clean the room.
