Dra. Patricia Díaz-Hellín Patiño
Patricia Díaz-Hellín Patiño obtained her Diploma in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM) in 2007. Later, in 2009 she obtained her Bachelor in Food Science and Technology at the same University. Her academic background has been completed by two Masters: Technology and quality Management and Food Safety (ESDEN business school, Madrid, 2011), Microbiology (UAM, 2012), and a Ph. D in Wine Yeasts Biotechnology. Last years, she has also participated in several projects. Her research interests also include Childhood obesity, Physical activity and Human Nutrition.
