Sebastián Toro is a Civil Engineer in Computer Science, graduated from the Universidad de Chile, where he also obtained a Master’s degree in Computer Science. He is currently working on the early detection of Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) through AI-driven analysis of human movement in everyday life, including gait, balance, and posture, using data collected from wearable devices. His main research interests include Machine Learning, Human-Computer Interaction and Ubiquitous Computing.
