José Bravo Rodríguez is professor in Computer Science in the Department of Technologies and Information Systems at Castilla-La Mancha University, Spain and Director of the Modeling Ambient Intelligence Research Group (MAmI). Since 2003, Dr. Bravo is the organizier of the International Conference on Ubiquitous Computing and Ambient Intelligence (UCAmI) and the International Work-Conference on Ambient Assisted Living (IWAAL). He is envolved in researches like Ubiquitous Computing, Ambient Intelligence, Ambient Assisted Living, Context-Awareness and m-Health.
Roberto Abreu is professor of Computer Science in the Computing Science Department at Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra – Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and current Department head. Since 2011, Prof. Abreu organizes the ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest in the Dominican Republic, and is Co-Founder of the Dominican Computing Society, a non-profit dedicated to the advancement Of Computer Science in the Dominican Republic. His current research interests are related to Algorithms and Large-Scale Software Systems.

Oresti Baños, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Creative Technology and a Telemedicine Research Scientist at University of Twente. He has been a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Kyung Hee University (South Korea), a Predoctoral Research Scientist at the University of Granada (Spain) and a Visiting Scholar at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (Switzerland), the Technical University of Eindhoven (Netherlands) and the University of Alabama (USA). He has participated in several Spanish, Korean, Dutch and FP7/H2020 health-related projects. He is author of more than 70 papers, most of them indexed in top-ranked international conferences and journals. He is co-organiser of several digital health workshops such as SUT4Coaching or Health-i-Coach and he is also a member of the organising committee of a number of international conferences including PervasiveHealth, IWBBIO or UCAmI. He is also Associate Editor of the journal Human-centric Computing and Information Sciences (Springer) and Guest Editor in top-tier journals such as SENSORS (MPDI), Ambient Intelligence and Humanized Computing (Springer) or Computer (IEEE). His research works on the intersection of wearable, ubiquitous, and mobile computing with data mining and artificial intelligence for digital health and wellness applications.
Jesus Fontecha develops his career at the University of Castilla-La Mancha, Ciudad Real, Spain, performing research in the Modeling Ambient Intelligence Research Group (MAmI) and Technological Institute of Information Systems (ITSI). He graduated in computer engineering in September 2008 at the University of Castilla-La Mancha. In 2010, he received his M.S. degree in advanced computer technologies from University of Castilla-La Mancha and his Ph.D. degree in 2014 at the same university. In the last years, he has participated in several healthcare projects in collaboration with other universities and companies. His research interests include ubiquitous computing, smart health, mobile health, context awareness, AAL, frailty, gait analysis, data mining, visualization, and user interaction. Fontecha has published more than 14 research papers in JCR indexed journals and he is author of more than 40 publications in relevant conferences. Also he is external reviewer of indexed journals and member of several committees as well as organizer of the annual UCAmI International Conference.
