The main aim of this project is to allow a self-monitoring and an intelligent control of people with Diabetes through the Smartphone. The solution proposed by DiMo facilitates the data storage, improves accuracy in monitoring, and provides the user a detailed analysis about the behaviour and progression of the Diabetes thanks to a web platform (DiMo Web Platform) and a mobile application (DiMo Sensing App).
